Our Happiness Guarantee 💛
We want you (and your birds!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t make you smile, we’ll make it right.
If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase at support@happybirdwatcher.com for a refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. (It may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.)
In some cases, we may ask that you return the unused product to us. If so, we’ll send simple instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return or refund won’t be accepted.

Damages or Mix-Ups
We carefully pack every order, but if your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away so we can make it right. Send a quick note to support@happybirdwatcher.com and we’ll take care of it.
Exceptions
We’re unable to accept returns on gift cards, but everything else is covered by our Happiness Guarantee.
