Shipping policy
Carriers & Service Areas
We currently ship all orders through UPS and USPS, with Local Delivery available for select zip codes in the Dunlap, TN area.
We ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, but not internationally at this time.
Processing Times
All HappySeed Boxes are customized based on your zip code and made to order. Our goal is to ship most orders the next business day (Monday–Friday), though processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons.
Please allow extra time during peak holidays such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
Gift subscriptions and holiday gift orders will ship on the date you selected during checkout or on your order customization form.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- UPS Ground
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
All rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier service selected.
Shipping & Delivery Schedule
Orders placed Monday through Friday will typically ship the same or next business day once processed.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship the following business day.
Local Delivery orders within eligible Dunlap, TN zip codes are delivered the following Tuesday, unless we happen to be in your area sooner — in which case, we’ll deliver earlier.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships and another notification once it’s been delivered.

PO Boxes & APO Addresses
We do ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Please note that some APO deliveries may take longer due to location and carrier handling.
