No worm eating birds in 92591 area code.

The mealworms are perfect. However, when I put water in them, I got ants. I emptied them and cleaned the cup. I put more in and just sprinkled them. I think there are no birds in my area that like the worms. The feeder is beautiful. Thanks.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! I'm glad you love the feeder, and I'm happy to hear the mealworms arrived in great shape.

There are a few birds in the 92591 area that typically enjoy mealworms, like Bluebirds and Phoebes, but they can take a little time to discover a new food source. Sometimes offering just a small amount in the early morning or pairing it with a nearby water source can help.

Feel free to reach out if you'd like help attracting more of your local birds. We're always happy to share tips! 😊

Bluebirds!

Since we started putting oub mealworms, we have had lots of bluebirds--lovely to see. Other birds are also fond the mealworms, but we try not be speciesist.
